Approach:
Thank you for visiting my Web site. Following is my approach toward helping clients achieve the results they want from training intervention. Clients come to me because they want some thing, some person, or some process to change in some way. I begin by helping my clients clarify the outcomes they are seeking, and then I create a structured program that supports their needs.
Often, companies run employees through the training mill hoping that some good might come from it, but the enthusiasm after the training is short lived. It is my belief that training initiatives be short enough to have minimum impact on productivity, yet long enough to be effective. Brief programs can create awareness of issues, but on-going programs are required for lasting change. I encourage my clients to consider multiple session training so that a learn-apply-report results format can be used.
When a client situation calls for more than one training professional, I collaborate with colleagues to assist with training delivery. My colleagues and I practice Accelerated Learning methods which means we avoid lectures and instead, we create interactive and experience-based learning sessions.
